Please note tenderloins and rib roasts are prepped but raw. Smoked turkeys and sides are precooked, only needing to be warmed.

If you prepay for a tenderloin or rib roast, you will pay current market price for those the day of checkout. Once we know the exact price for the week of the holiday, your price will be changed (up or down) to reflect that market price. Anything over $5 a pound change (unlikely), and we will call you before changing the price to ensure you still want the product.
